About / the person behind the work

I am Hicham.
I build and advise.

A curious Moroccan designer, builder, and consultant working across brand, product, frontend software, AI, and the early decisions that give a venture its shape.

The larger intention

Be useful. Keep learning. Serve well.

I am curious and eager to learn. I want to help my environment and community as much as I can—not as a positioning line, but as a direction for the life around the work.

For the sake of Allah is the main purpose of my life. It keeps ambition in proportion: make good things, tell the truth about them, and do not turn people into a means for a polished outcome.

My role

Builder first. Consultant when clarity is the bottleneck.

I move between the strategic and the tangible: naming a thing, finding its position, shaping its identity, designing the product, then getting close enough to the code to know whether the promise survived.

Sometimes the useful contribution is a build. Sometimes it is a hard conversation, a sharper brief, or a decision not to add another feature. I am interested in both.

01

No framework theatre.

A project has its own people, language, constraints, risks, and definition of useful. I choose the methods that clarify those facts.

02

Two sides of the benchmark.

The work should help the person using it and make the business clearer, healthier, or more capable of keeping its promise.

03

Human pilot, AI copilot.

AI can explore, translate, critique, and accelerate. I set the direction, inspect the output, and own the final judgement.

An ethical filter

Only work I can stand behind.

I keep an ethical and halal filter for the projects I accept. I avoid dark patterns, deceptive growth, extractive tactics, and work I do not genuinely believe I can help deliver.

This is not a claim of purity. It is a boundary that makes the work more honest: who benefits, what is being asked of people, and whether the product deserves their attention.

Two connected surfaces
